Full transparency here: We are not a branch of any government and at the moment, we are not a non-profit organization (i.e., 501c3) . We exist only on paper, as a website being fiscally and technically supported by Barton Dunant - Emergency Management Training and Consulting (www.bartondunant.com), which is a unit of York Drive, LLC. We need to work out the details on how expenses will be covered, whether we will have sponsors, etc.
